Annual GAISF GA was held in Denver USA and various matters were discussed at GA.
After the general financial report, GAISF Council Member Antonio Espinos Ortueta reported in detail the new project of the Association concerning the Martial Arts & Combat Sports Games (MAG). 1st Games will take place in Sep. 2010.
13 IFs ( IAF, AIBA, JJIF, WKF, WAKO, FIK, IFMA, FILA, IWUF, IJF,FIAS,IFS,WTF) will attend to the MAG including Kendo.
And it was also discussed in the GA that GAISF names will be changed to SPORTACCORD, and GAISF headquarters will be changed from Monaco to Lausanne.
GAISF Martial Arts Meeting was held in Denver on 26th March 2009.
13 Martial Arts IFs of the member of GAISF were attended 7th GAISF Martial Plenary Session with Pr. Hein Verbruggen on 26th March 2009 in Denver.
GAISF and its IFs of Martial Arts members have discussed the detail of Martial Arts Games (MAG) project.
The host city of MAG has been decided in the meeting which will be "Beijing" in China.
The Games will be held during 4th Sep to 11th Sep in 2010.
After the meeting GAISF signed with Vice Mayor of Beijing. (picture)
120 delegates from Each IF will be participated to the MAG including Kendo.
The next meeting will be held in Lausanne on 15 Nov.

After the meeting GAISF signed with the Chinese city Beijing at SportAccord.
