Events : World University Championships
BRUSSELS - On the 16th of May, Sinisa Jasnic (SRB) and Matjaz Pecovnik (SLO) respectively Chair and Vice-Chair of the International Technical Committee for the World University Championships visited the FISU HQ in Brussels to discuss issues related to the World University Championships’ 2012 campaign with the WUC Department.
Topics such as 2012 WUC calendars, bidding situation for 2012 and 2014, doping issues and insurance policy were discussed in order to make recommendations at the next Executive Committee meeting to be held in Lausanne next week and to ensure top events in 29 FISU sports for 2012.
