Croatian taekwondo federation

WTF (olympic) and ITF (non-olympic) taekwondo merged in Croatia.
But just a little bit different than in Slovenia.
In Slovenia http://taekwondo-zveza.si/povezave/ official federation is those of Tran Trieu Quan http://www.tkd-itf.org/. (In this federation Croatia doesn't have representative - and Slovenian Olympic Committee (Ministry of Sport and Lottery) spent many euros to preserve ITF activities as vital ones for olympic taekwondo)
But in Croatia http://www.itf.taekwondo.hr - those of Ung-chan http://www.itftkd.org/ .

Croatian taekwondo federation has 101 member clubs:
http://www.taekwondo.hr/clanice.htm

Or better - among WTF clubs - there are 31 ITF taekwondo clubs from ITF taekwondo federation Croatia number 1 http://www.itf.taekwondo.hr/Home.aspx?PageID=5 clubs:
  1. Bak
  2. Istra
  3. Futura
  4. Poreč
  5. Buzet
  6. Rijeka
  7. Novalja
  8. HBD Vodice
  9. Solaris
  10. Forma
  11. Metalac
  12. Puntar
  13. Hwarang Ivanec
  14. Velika
  15. Gimnazija
  16. Slatinska Banka
  17. Škorpion

  25. Monter
  26. Kocunar
  27. Sokol Cerna
  28. Lotus
  29. Veldus
  30. Vukovar
  31. Top Team
And ITF taekwondo federation Croatia number 2 http://www.itf-croatia.com/ that we were talking about and club Marsonia that announced Champions with a picture of Ung Chan belongs to the group of Jung Hwa http://www.itf-administration.com/:
And there are only 7 clubs:
  1. OKOL GRADIŠTE 585 http://taekwondo-gradiste.com/
  2. SEMPER FIDELIS SLAVONSKI BROD 557
  3. MARSONIA-KUNA SLAVONSKI BROD 375

  7. DBVC CRIKVENICA 19 (CRIKVENICA SAVATE)
(last European championship with 19 member countries)

Is this enough that we can talk about 3 International Taekwondo federations with the same name that are recognised by different Olympic Comitteess?
How long can this story goes further?
