http://www.iwuf.org/editor/UploadFile/2012/inv.pdf
Dear Presidents and Secretaries
General,
It is my great pleasure to extend an invitation to all IWUF National Member Federations to participate to the first experimental “International University Wushu Championships”. The event will take place during the Sports Days 2012 (an international multi-sport event organized by the Italian NOC) between October 26 & 28 2012 in Rimini, Italy. The goal of this event is to establish an international wushu championship for the only university athletes (age brackets as indicated by the International University Sports Federation) that should be held every two years. This new opportunity could be an additional motivation for our athletes
of all ages to continue the practice of the sport of wushu and it can also better promote and develop the wushu all around the world. I very much look forward to welcoming you all in July in Rimini.
Riccardo Sangrigoli
Member of the IWUF Executive Board
